Full/part-time • Hourly pay (based on experience)
As a cook, you’ll support the creation of the authentic Puerto Rican cuisine Mambo Nando’s is known for. You’ll support our team in freshly preparing, producing, and presenting menu items that maintain a quality standard our customers look forward to. You’ll also comply with procedures for safety, sanitation, and special orders/restrictions.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of cooking experience in a kitchen with classic cooking techniques, preparing ingredients, and keeping their station clean and organized before/after service. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time and have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

As a Counter Server, you’ll engage with our customers and represent the best of Mambo Nando’s. You’ll warmly greet our guests, answer questions, take orders, and fulfill orders. You’ll keep counters clean and organized while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our team to provide an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in customer service. They are both friendly and professional with great people skills and a positive attitude. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time and have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays. DoorDash/GrubHub/Menufy familiarity is preferred but not required.
